This is the primary department of the company responsible for transforming raw materials into finished, world-class products. Mcberry is the citadel of Biscuit and Cake production machines in Ghana and West Africa, boasting state-of-the-art equipment and machines with cutting-edge European technology.
\nWhile quality is never compromised and monitored at every stage by every employee, quantity is also assured to meet the growing demand for our extensive product line in accordance with Ghana Standard Authority guidelines (GSA).<\/p>\n

The company is proud of its state-of-the-art, fully automated Italian technology machinery GEA IMAFORNI, which has a monthly biscuit production capacity of 4,500 tonnes and a cake production capacity of 600 tonnes.<\/p>\n

McBerry offers a variety of products that cater to its customers’ diverse tastes and preferences. Mcberry’s primary manufacturing sectors are the Biscuit Factory and the Cake Factory. McBerry’s line of biscuits includes well-known brands such as London Digestive, Bless Milk Shortcake, Alpha Cracker, Breakfast Cereal Biscuit, Soda Cracker, Crumbs, Bourbon, Pure Delight wafer, Lovan wafer, and Crunchy Break wafer, among others. While its line of cakes includes delicious treats such as Twist Cupcake, Bella Cake, French Donut, Pure Delight Sliced Cake, and Twinkie Cake.<\/p>\n

POWER SYSTEM<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>

The electricity Company of Ghana is the primary provider of power for production and business. In addition to receiving power from ECG, the company has a very large power supply plant to support ECG in the event of a power shortage.<\/p>\n

These are eight (8) caterpillar generators with 840KVA power capacity and one (1) enormous caterpillar generator with 1200 KVA, along with six (6) UPS battery backups that store power for 10 minutes before switching to either the primary source or the generators.<\/p>\n

WAREHOUSING<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

The Company has various classified warehouses for different
\nstorage purposes. These include warehouses used to store
\nraw materials prior to their incorporation into manufactured
\ngoods.
\nCold storage area The cold syrup for production is kept at a
\nconstant room temperature and is protected from dust and
\ndebris in order to maintain its cleanliness and
\nwholesomeness.
\nThe majority of finished goods in a warehouse are stored in batches using a first-in, first-out packing system. The products are typically organized by brand, size, and flavor. These classifications assist in the storage and preservation of quality shelf life. The products are stored in a sanitary environment where health and safety checks are conducted to ensure the safety of both the products and the employees. Marketing\/branding; this location stores branding and marketing materials for use in marketing activities.<\/p>\n

The company has its own transport systems, and these are company-owned trucks with over 400 trucks transporting 25 tonnes of biscuit and cake products to cover all of the country and beyond.<\/span><\/p>\n
